"I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the Lord." Psalm 104:33-34
Letter from Missionary
Holy Week is a national holiday for people in Mexico that takes place the week before Easter. Many churches participate in family camp during this time. Thankfully, because of your prayers and support we have been able to continue helping with operational expenses of Mt. Olive Baptist Camp, near Leon, Guanajuato. The average attendance of 500 people a day which includes men, women, and children. Families bring tents or have makeshift shelters to live in for five days. Meals were served three times a day. There were activities for the adults, children, and youth during the day. Services with preaching and singing were held three times a day. We praise God for the many people who made decisions for the Lord Jesus Christ!"
Prayer request:
Please help us pray for a water well for this camp. Everyday water was delivered by a semi to fill the camp's cement tank.
Pictures were enclosed of camp life including services at night, sharing time together, cooking in the kitchen, children singing, classes for children and camping in tents.
An heir of God through Christ,

Joel Silos D. D.
